Sernas Associates specializes in Municipal and Water Resources Engineering and Land Use Planning services for the land development industry and was the first business unit established within The Sernas Group. It offers a comprehensive array of land development services including feasibility studies, project planning, design, tendering, contract administration and site inspection. We are able to bring together a team of qualified specialists to offer a multi-disciplinary team approach to residential, commercial and industrial development projects of all sizes.
A great strength of Sernas Associates is its Water Resource Management service. Our team of highly trained specialists offer support in Water Management Reports and Floodline Mapping Studies. These services have been applied to projects like a Floodplain mapping study in Clarington, Stormwater management and water quality and channel realignment in Barrie and Subwatershed studies in Burlington, Oshawa and Pickering.
Our presence within Municipalities across Southern Ontario is refined by the Municipal services we provide like Sewage Collection, Treatment and Disposal Facilities, Flow Monitoring and Infrastructure Analysis. We pride ourselves in the accomplishment of a 74 block commercial/industrial business park development in Mississauga, the Municipal servicing input to Secondary Plan Studies in Ajax, Belleville, Burlington, Newmarket and Oshawa and the Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation in Whitby.
